Please join us in congratulating Ayesha Patterson on her promotion to Curriculum Coordinator. Ayesha Patterson joined CSI in 2023 as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching in the Business Career Program’s Marketing and Business Finance concentrations at the Chicago campus. She brings over 20 years of leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies across retail, production, and repair services, where she managed over 350 employees across multiple facilities in 13 states. Throughout her career, Ayesha has enhanced her expertise in business operations and leadership while training, coaching, and mentoring employees at all levels.
In addition to her corporate experience, Ayesha founded Ayesha R. Patterson Consulting (ARPCon), where she developed and facilitated business training sessions, created online courses, and authored educational content tailored to diverse learning styles. She is also the author and self-publisher of two professional development books: The Subtle Shark: Redefining Career Achievement and 10 Things No One Tells You BEFORE You Start a Business, both designed to provide career and entrepreneurial guidance and mentorship.
Ayesha holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and a master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology. She is a member of Alpha Beta Kappa Honor Society, the National Society of Leadership and Success, The Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement, and the Golden Key International Honour Society. Additionally, she is an active member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated, through which she serves her community.
Ayesha is excited to join the Curriculum Department and looks forward to playing an integral role in launching CSI’s Hybrid 2025 initiative.
